Walgreens wanted to raise vaccine awareness among students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

THE PROBLEM

The Department of Health and Human Services was funding projects to raise vaccination rates and awareness. A non-profit received a grant to encourage vulnerable residents to get vaccinated. The organization hired Strategies for Change Group to create their plan and execute engagement.

HORIZON FOUNDATION

THE PROBLEM

The Horizon Foundation focuses on improving health and wellness for people who live or work in Howard County, MD. A part of their strategic plan is to understand the experiences and learn about the priorities in the community.

 

Strategies for Change Group partnered with the Horizon Foundation to help them gain insight into the most pressing challenges facing residents in Howard County.

THE NATIONAL URBAN LEAGUE

THE PROBLEM

The National Urban League’s Equitable Justice & Strategic Initiatives Division sough to create a National Civic Engagement  program for the League’s 99 Affiliates. The Civic Engagement program would create a campaign to encourage voting and voter registration.
