Strategies For Change Group Welcomes Shua Goodwin as Chief oPERATIONS officer





[WASHINGTON D.C, June 18] — Strategies For Change Group has announced the appointment of Shua Goodwin as the newest addition to its executive team. Shua brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company, further strengthening its strategic vision to innovate and lead in the political consultancy arena. 


In his role as Chief Operations Officer, Shua will oversee the operations, talent acquisition and communications departments, leveraging his background in corporate and political strategy.


Goodwin brings business and political acumen on a national scale with a high-end focus on tax credits and grassroots organizing. 


“Shua brings the multifaceted expertise we need to get to the next level,” says CEO Khalil Thompson. “His varied background adds an invaluable perspective to our company, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him on our team.” 


Prior to joining SFCG, Shua held key positions at leading companies across tech and consulting, as well as within the United States Congress.

He is a recipient of the National Association of Asian Pacifics in Politics and Public Affairs’ 40 Under 40 List and a current board member of Capital Pride Alliance.
